Dr. Rossana Alfonso is the best dentist I have ever encountered in this area and I have been to a few with just a cleaning. The office staff was friendly and explained everything to me. Once it was time for my cleaning the dentist made me comfortable with her exam and her cleaning and explained everything she saw and was going to do. I am really surprised there isnt a 5 star rating but I know people in San Diego are picky and find things to complain about instead of being "happy" someone spent time with you about the health and maintenance of your teeth. This office deseves the " Aloha" and the dentist deserves " Aloha"
